On Sunday 8th July, 279 competitors from 13 different clubs competed at the 9th TSKUK National Open Shotokan Championships. This years championships were held at the UEA Sportspark in Norwich, Norfolk. The event was open to juniors (6-13 years) cadets (14-17 years) and adults (18 years+).
The event was an outstanding success with every competitor showing fantastic sportsmanship throughout the entire day.
The TSKUK would like to thank all the parents, instructors, judges, admin and medical staff who helped on the day to contribute to the smooth running of the event.
Congratulations to Dylan Partridge-Kelly from ESKA who was awarded the competitor of the day for winning 3 golds and a bronze.
