We are pleased to announce the TSKUK National Championships will be held on Sunday 21st May 2023 at UEA Sportspark, University Drive, Norfolk, NR4 7TJ.

Entrants will receive one official TSKUK grading stamp for entering the competition.

Registration 9.00am / Competition Starting 9.30am

All entries must be submitted by 11.30pm Sunday 7th May 2023

INDIVIDUAL KATA
Kata will be Candidates choice from approved list.

INDIVIDUAL KUMITE
Shobu Ippon Rules

TEAM KATA*
Teams can be single or mixed gender. Just one kata is needed for eliminations and final.

TEAM KUMITE*
3 Person teams of same gender split by age / grade.

*Competitors are responsible for organising their own teams.
