Bio

Sensei Carol Parrish began training in 1988 and with husband Alan founded Westwood Karate Academy in Southend, Essex. Carol has travelled the world training and competing and is a former UKTKF national champion and WTKO world champion.

1st Dan – 1994 UKTKF

2nd Dan – 1997 UKTKF

3rd Dan – 2000 UKTKF

4th Dan – 2012 TSKUK
