We are pleased to announce the TSKUK Open Shotokan Cup Competition will be held on Sunday 19th November 2019 at Basildon Sporting Village, Cranes Farm Road, Basildon, Essex, SS14 3GR
Each member of ESKA and Westwood will receive one official TSKUK grading stamp for entering the competition.
Junior / Cadet Registration 8am – 9am / Competition Starting 9am
Adult Registration 2am – 3pm / Competition Starting 3pm
INDIVIDUAL KATA
Elimination kata will be Heian & Tekki Shodan through to the final. The final kata is competitors choice.
TEAM KATA
Teams can be single or mixed gender. Just one kata is needed for eliminations and final.
